Border Foods LLC, a Taco Bell franchisee and one of the largest in the country, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and build a strong team while upholding our CORE values: Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork and Empowerment.

You will drive great guest experiences, manage scheduling and coaching, control costs, and support ongoing development opportunities for restaurant staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant or retail experience required.
• Experience with sales growth, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• This is a non-exempt management position, ~50 hours/week.
• ServeSafe certified and 18+ with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and customer service quality.
• Lead, train, and develop team members for consistent performance.
• Schedule staff and monitor labor costs against budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company standards.
• Maintain cash handling, inventory, and shrink control.
• Represent Border Foods in guest interactions and issue resolution.
