Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations to ensure smooth store performance and coverage.
• Maintain prompt, courteous customer service and adherence to company standards.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and shift changes per policy and training.
• Communicate effectively with associates and management; monitor compliance with laws and policies.
• Support security, merchandising, maintenance, and safety procedures to protect assets and customers.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks and daily financial processes as directed by the Store Manager.
