Huck’s Food and Fuel is seeking a Store Associate Manager to lead a busy shift, uphold company policies, and drive store profitability. The role offers opportunity for promotion to store manager as training completes.

You will supervise team performance, ensure fast, friendly service, maintain cleanliness and safety, and support bookkeeping, merchandising, and maintenance tasks as needed. The position emphasizes leadership, compliance, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Gives all customers prompt and courteous service, upholding Best In Class standards.

Responsibilities

• Gives all customers prompt and courteous service and greets customers using the gasoline intercom.
• Observes shift hours and helps fill shifts as needed.
• Work the store manager's days off and two evening shifts per week for peak times.
• Communicates effectively with store staff and management.
• Ensures compliance with laws and store policies.
• Maintains proper uniform and customer service quality.
• Records hours, sales, and deposits per policy.
• Advises Store Manager of personnel issues affecting performance.
• Promotes Huck’s Bucks loyalty app to customers and explains benefits.
