Krispy Kreme in Omaha, NE is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering a WOW experience for customers and operating the shop efficiently. You will coach staff, manage recruitment and training, and ensure accurate cash handling and inventory control.

The role requires a high school diploma, five years in food service or retail, and at least two years of management experience. You will work with a team to maintain peak shop performance and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in food service or retail environment.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and teamwork.
• Assist General Manager with recruiting, training, onboarding, and dispute resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Assist with in-shop accounting functions including cash handling and reporting.
• Ensure equipment and resources are operational (production, POS, drive-thru).
• Maintain shop sanitation and cleanliness to ensure safety and quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming culture.
