The role advances staff development and aims to grow into a General Manager position, with focus on teamwork, accountability, and superior guest service. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in food service or retail.
• Commitment to an equitable, unbiased culture that empowers staff.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel requirements: 0–10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of customer-focused employees.
• Assist General Manager with recruitment, hiring, training, onboarding, and dispute resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Assist with in-shop accounting functions, including cash handling and reporting.
• Ensure equipment and resources are operational for staff use.
• Maintain shop sanitation and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster an welcoming environment.
