The Parking Spot is seeking an Assistant Manager in Aurora, CO to support the General Manager in daily facility operations. You will oversee the facility and fleet, hire and train staff, and empower team members to act as owners of their shifts in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant management experience required.
• Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to summarize data for reports.
• Licensed to operate a commercial vehicle or able to obtain required licenses/badges.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees facility and fleet condition and appearance.
• Supervises shift staff performance to meet operational standards.
• Trains staff to perform their responsibilities.
• Completes projects related to operational improvements, maintenance and shuttle repair.
• Manages customer service issues and resolves them.
• Enforces company policies per Employee Handbook.
