Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to support the Boutique Operations Manager in delivering a seamless client experience. You will be the subject-matter expert on SOPs, systems, and tools and lead operational projects to improve efficiency.

This role requires in-store presence to coach teams, manage workflows, and uphold boutique standards with flexibility for late nights, weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in retail operations or boutique management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and flexible schedule including late nights and weekends.
• Foreign language skills preferred; passion for elevated client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational functions including inventory control, shipping/receiving, alterations, facilities management, and security.
• Manage resource planning, staffing, compliance, and expense management to support boutique performance.
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to implement efficiency initiatives.
• Lead and coach staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Serve as boutique expert on SOPs, systems, and tools for the team.
• Support budgeting/forecasting and lead projects to improve processes.
