Beemok Hospitality Holdings LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Cooper Coffee and Wine to support daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role partners with the Manager to supervise staff, optimize schedules, and monitor budgets while maintaining high standards of service in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

College or vocational degree in hotel/restaurant management, sales, or marketing.
Minimum five years in a leadership role in a 4- or 5-star restaurant with at least three years of progressive management.
Accounting, budgeting, and financial statement knowledge.

Responsibilities

Assist Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of operations, including staffing and inventory.
Maintain familiarity with all menu items, beverages, and offerings.
Ensure safe working conditions and practices.
Conduct daily pre-meal meetings with service staff.
Supervise floor during operation and coordinate dining room functions.
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and expenses.
