Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen with budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing staffing, scheduling, and inventory.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints effectively.
• Supervise floor during service and coordinate dining room functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget forecasts.
• Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures.
• Coordinate ordering of supplies and monthly inventory.
