Job summary

The Cooper at Beemok Hospitality Holdings is seeking an experienced Barista to sell, prepare, and serve beverages, wine, and food in a high-end setting. You will oversee bar operations, train new hires, and deliver gracious service, while maintaining knowledge of coffee, tea, and beverage selections.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in fine dining mixology, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to work at a fast pace in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must be pleasant, conscientious, and professional with extensive knowledge of coffee and tea, product, and beverage selections.
• Able to operate effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and assists front-of-house with all elements of service.
• Takes and executes beverage and food orders, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Describes menu features and wine selections; coordinates with servers and managers.
• Maintains bar cleanliness and inventory, trains new hires, and participates in pre-shift meetings.
• Welcomes guests, builds rapport, and provides responsive, gracious service at all times.
