Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.

• Develops understanding of the business to GM level within a year.
• Creates joyful connections with customers and teaches the team to do the same.

• Manages cash-handling policies and inventory, rotates stock as needed.
