Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Team Member and Shift Leader duties with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Develops understanding of business to GM level over about a year.
• Creates positive store environment and great connections with guests.
• Drives sales through fast, friendly service and problem solving.
• Leads on issue resolution with calm, professionalism, and listening.
• Keeps cash-handling policies and inventory controls up to date.
