Job summary

Caribou Coffee is looking for an Assistant General Manager to grow into a district leader. You will partner with the GM to run the store, develop the team, and drive store success while delivering the Caribou experience to guests.

Candidates should be ready to lead with energy, manage daily operations, and demonstrate a strong commitment to development, customer service, and sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.

• Manages store funds and enforces cash-handling policies.
• Oversees ordering, inventory, waste control, and rotates stock.
• Plans for future shifts and growth beyond the current store.
