Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, mentor staff, and deliver flawless guest service.

This role requires 2+ years in food/hospitality, strong leadership, communication, and a solid understanding of food safety. You’ll manage inventory, schedules, and help control labor costs while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a food/hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
