Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and help drive daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with the General Manager to ensure flawless customer service, manage inventory, and coach staff to meet quality standards.

The role requires 2+ years in Food/Hospitality, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. We offer a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth within Flynn Group.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements
