Job summary

Big Blue Swim School in Fairless Hills is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to run our pool deck, supervise a team of 10–20 instructors, and partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

No aquatics background required—we provide full paid training and there is a clear path to General Manager as new locations open.

Pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, with medical/dental/vision and PTO; a bonus opportunity is available, and family swim lessons are included at no cost.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with composure under pressure.
• Willing to learn aquatics basics; no swim background required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by planning class coverage and keeping lessons on time.
• Coach instructors and train new staff to Big Blue standards.
• Greet families, update on swimmer progress, and convert trials to enrollments.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, water quality, safety procedures and certifications.
