Big Blue Swim School - PA is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager in Fairless Hills to run the pool deck, coach 10–20 instructors, and lead a daily operations team. No aquatics background is required; comprehensive training is provided to develop managers for future locations, with a clear path to General Manager as we expand.

You will manage shifts, coach staff, greet families, and help enrollments while keeping facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Qualificações

• Supervisory/leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting.
• Comfortable coaching and developing instructors and staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving under busy conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Run the shift: plan class coverage and ensure on-time lesson starts.
• Coach instructors in one-on-one sessions and lead trainings on safety and teaching techniques.
• Greet families, answer questions, and help convert trials into enrollments.
• Oversee pool, deck, and lobby cleanliness, water quality, and facility safety.
