Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Fife, WA to partner with the General Manager, lead daily restaurant operations, coach leaders, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role develops team members and prepares for future General Manager opportunities.

You will help maintain safety, quality, and financial performance while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution.
Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
