Carrols Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead restaurant operations, partner with the RGM, and drive guest satisfaction and financial results. You will supervise shifts, coach team members and Shift Coordinators, and ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, clear communication, and balancing people development with operational discipline to grow your leadership impact and contribute to business results.

Qualificações

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team to deliver fast, friendly, crave-worthy service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and grow capabilities.
• Lead operations by maintaining BK brand standards, encouraging ideas, removing roadblocks, and modeling hands-on leadership.
