Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and team-motivation skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts and coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators to maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence while meeting financial goals.
• Model hands-on leadership, remove obstacles, and uphold BK brand standards.
• Monitor inventory, manage orders and assets, and ensure cash control and security.
