Carrols Corporation seeks an Assistant Manager for Burger King to lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold quality, service, safety standards. You will partner with the RGM to drive guest satisfaction, sales, and labor efficiency.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to growth within the restaurant operations. Weekly pay and a benefits package are part of the role; opportunity for advancement within the company.

Competenze

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation.
• Ability to solve problems and make timely, confident decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience and BK standards.

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
