Carrols Corporation is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead restaurant shifts, ensure quality food and fast service, and coach Team Members for a superior guest experience. You'll work under the RGM/AM to execute the shift plan, manage operations, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED preferred, and experience in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or fast-paced environments.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences and BK standards.

Responsabilités

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback and supporting development during shifts.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and directing workflow to BK standards.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures and assisting with inventory and truck orders.
