Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an AGM to support the Restaurant General Manager in running daily operations and coaching the crew. You’ll help deliver bold flavor with Southern hospitality and lead shifts with confidence to ensure fast service and top guest experiences.

This role requires 3-5 years of restaurant management, a hands-on leadership style, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience a plus).
• People-first leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Love for fast-paced environments and great food.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
