Responsibilities include developing leaders, coaching performance, implementing cost controls, and driving guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals. This role requires flexibility to work all shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews inventory and cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning; adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedules; on-boards new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
