Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams (food service or retail preferred).
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication with employees, customers, vendors and management.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with inventory management and basic financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager and ensure smooth operations.
• Drive profitable store sales growth and superior guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members; provide guidance and support.
• Monitor and optimize stock levels, merchandising, and store workflows.
• Oversee POS systems and software usage to support daily operations.
