We’re seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team, offering an enticing starting rate of $21.50 per hour, plus a $1 per hour premium for those late-night superhero shifts!

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be the leader when the Store Manager is away, helping ensure profitable store sales growth and an extraordinary guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Operational Excellence: ensure the store runs smoothly, manage the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain merchandise in-stock.
• Team Dynamo: recruit candidates, lead training programs, and provide guidance and support to your team.
• Financial Navigator: monitor revenue and expenses and guide the store’s financial performance.
• Tech Guru: leverage point-of-sale systems and other software to support operations and communication.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience (food service or retail experience preferred).
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and leave customers satisfied.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities; strong communication with employees, customers, vendors, and management.
• Experience in inventory management, financial analysis, sales, and marketing.
