Assistant Manager

Dash In is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, manage staff, and ensure a high‑quality guest experience while driving profitable sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Ensure the store runs efficiently, manage the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain merchandise in‑stock.
• Team Dynamo: Build a strong and diverse team by recruiting, training, and providing ongoing support.
• Financial Navigator: Monitor the store’s financial performance, from revenue to expenses, and guide the store toward profitable outcomes.
• Tech Guru: Operate point‑of‑sale and other software systems to support efficient business operations and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Natural leader with 2+ years of supervisory or management experience (food service or retail preferred).
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation, resolving issues and leaving customers satisfied.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities independently.
• Excellent communication skills with employees, customers, vendors, and management.
• Experience in inventory management, financial analysis, sales, and marketing.
