Dash In, a Wills Group company, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The role offers a starting rate of $21.50 per hour, plus a $1 per hour premium for late-night shifts.

You’ll lead when the Store Manager is away, driving profitable store sales growth and delivering an extraordinary guest experience. We value leadership, strong customer service, and tech-savviness with POS systems as you manage day-to-day operations, recruit and train teams, and monitor financial performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in food service or retail.
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Experience with inventory, sales, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the manager's absence to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall store performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory and merchandising across the store.

• You're a natural leader, motivating and managing teams with ease through your 2+ years of supervisory or management experience (food service or retail experience preferred).
