Dash In, a Wills Group company, seeks an Assistant Manager in Glen Burnie, MD to lead store operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee a team, drive sales, and act as the Store Manager in their absence.

We value 2+ years of supervisory or management experience, strong communication, and skills in inventory, finance, and marketing. Starting pay is $21.50 per hour with a $1 per hour late-night premium and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience (food service or retail preferred).
• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store in absence of Store Manager.
• Drive profitable store sales growth and exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members; supervise daily operations.
• Oversee inventory, communication, and use of POS systems to support operations.
