Flynn Arby's is hiring an Assistant Manager in Liberal, KS. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, mentor staff, and manage inventory with strict safety standards.

You will also assist scheduling, control labor costs, and lead the team to hit sales targets while delivering exceptional guest service. The role requires at least 2 years in hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
