Burger King is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive guest satisfaction and achieve strong financial results.

You will supervise Team Members and Shift Coordinators, maintain safety and cleanliness, and focus on sales growth, labor efficiency, and food safety. This is a hands-on leadership role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.
