Job summary

Must have a high school diploma and 1-2 years of supervisory experience; excellent guest service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage schedules, training, and on-boarding.

• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensures daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs accuracy.
• Reviews inventory to create product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors production planning and staffing.
