Job summary

Flynn Arby’s in Union, MO is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at 1535 S Denmark Rd. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and consistently deliver flawless guest service in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will train and mentor crew, control labor and inventory, uphold food safety standards, resolve customer inquiries, and implement improvements with the management team to boost sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service to guests.
