Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Saint Joseph, Missouri. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, mentor staff, manage inventory, and drive labor and sales targets while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
