Responsibilities include training, scheduling, cost controls, and maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness. Must have a high school diploma and 1-2 years supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.

• Reviews daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and cost controls; adjusts as needed.
