Job summary

Burger King Worcester is seeking a hands-on shift supervisor to lead a fast-paced restaurant team in delivering quality guest experiences. You will train new hires, coach staff, monitor service speed, and ensure clean, welcoming environments while meeting daily operating goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with strong guest service skills and the ability to handle conflicts and scheduling across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in line with Burger King standards.
• Motivate employees, handle conflicts, and make tough decisions.
