Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, recruiting and hiring Team Members, while promoting equity and inclusion.
• Lead daily operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence and manage cash control, inventory and labor.
• Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance appraisals, and address employee relations issues as needed.
• Ensure food safety standards and brand standards are upheld across shifts.
