Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Monitors speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures restaurant is welcoming and clean; maintains product quality and standards.
• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Manages cash handling and HACCP logs; tracks daily numbers.
• Reviews inventory for efficient product orders and cost controls.
