You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage daily operations, and ensure a clean, compliant workplace. Expect a 45+ hour week, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong desire to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Valid Food Safety Certificate (can earn while training).
