Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and developing a high-performing team. This role focuses on coaching leaders, maintaining standards, and delivering a top-tier guest experience.

You'll oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training, while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and cost controls. A strong leader with integrity will thrive and help cultivate future General Managers within the franchise.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and the ability to develop others.
• Experience leading a restaurant or similar operation preferred.
• Certification in food safety or food handler training is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Step into any position as needed to support restaurant success.
