Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Shoreline, WA to partner with the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will coach Shift Leaders, develop team members, ensure food safety, safety protocols, and brand standards while driving labor control and profitability. This role prepares you for future General Manager opportunities within the franchise.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.

• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Step into any position as needed to support restaurant success.
