Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Castle Rock, Colorado. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests.
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.

• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
