Job summary

Flynn Arby’s in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and help ensure smooth restaurant operations while mentoring staff and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include working with the General Manager, managing labor and inventory, and upholding food safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package and a minimum 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service
• Manage inventory and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
