Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager in Emporia, KS, to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and guest service excellence. You will train staff, manage inventory, and help control labor while driving sales performance in a fast-paced dining environment.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
