Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our leadership team in the United States. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, train and mentor crew members, and drive exceptional guest service.

You will manage inventory, uphold food safety standards, assist with scheduling and labor cost controls, and lead the team to hit sales targets. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including HSA, disability, life insurance, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
