Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Melissa, TX is seeking friendly team members to join the ColdLine team. You’ll greet guests with enthusiasm, take orders, prepare custard treats and help keep the dining room sparkling clean.

We offer flexible scheduling, on‑the‑job training, and opportunities to grow your hospitality skills while delivering outstanding guest service in a fast‑paced environment. No prior experience required; you’ll work with supportive teammates and learn food‑service

Responsabilités

• Set up the ColdLine by assembling equipment, stocking products and preparing the dining room.
• Warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders and facilitate drive-thru service efficiently.
• Build custard items to specification and deliver them quickly to guests.
• Check on guests, seek feedback and maintain a clean dining room and service area.
• Follow strict washing, sanitation and safety procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Understand all ingredients, time standards and display a strong sense of urgency.
• Break down and clean equipment and stations at closing; properly store products.
