Flynn Arby’s, Batesville, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our world-class hospitality team. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations and deliver excellent guest service.

You will train staff, manage inventory, control labor costs, and drive sales while maintaining food safety and a clean, welcoming dining area. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service.
