Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Tulsa, OK. The role supports daily restaurant operations, mentors staff, and ensures top-notch guest service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will work with the General Manager to meet sales targets, manage inventory, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar food/hospitality role, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to handle
