Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Develop action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Take over store responsibilities in Store Manager's absence.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet departmental responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service and assist customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
• Uphold company policies and procedures as per manuals and memos.
• Protect company assets and report potential fraud risk.
