Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions to every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and share product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Maintain organized, customer ready store and ensure smooth operations.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled, providing leadership and direction.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
• Coach teammates in real time and close performance gaps.
• Join in to support store priorities and execution.
• Leverage retail tech to enhance customer experience and store operations.
